Marine Reserve

'Marine Reserve' depicts some of New Zealands ocean kelp and seaweed. Contrasting free flowing organic forms with hard edged geometric shapes. The colours dance for attention, bright orange suggesting a warming ocean. The selected black and white stripes offer a small area of protection. Taking inspiration from the artists newest passion for freediving and growing direction towards  abstraction.
